Healthy Food Ideas To Moderate & Balance

healthy food measure and balanceToday I’d like to share with you a few suggestions for a daily healthy food meal plan to use as a guide in combination with our It Works Products.  Although our wraps are great for losing inches it doesn’t necessarily mean the you shouldn’t be maintaining a well-balanced diet that includes good, nutritious healthy food.  Honestly guys it’s not at all difficult to do and is REALLY worth the effort as it will make your wrapping experience a whole lot more effective and powerful.  Plus the kilograms are going to fall of twice as fast!!We would never suggest that because you are wrapping you are at liberty to binge on unhealthy food.  Unfortunately our products are not a licence to stuff yourself with junk and greasy takeaway.  You will still be required to cultivate a diet of healthy food and routine based exercise.  Of course that doesn’t imply that you are NEVER permitted the occasion treat or that you need to suddenly become a gym junkie….ugh I can’t think of anything worse (my apologies to any readers who might be one but it’s just not for me).  Put simply, like anything that can cause issues or negative habit-forming behaviours when done in excess, everything should be well moderated.

To give you a few healthy food ideas I’ve done a little research and come up with a list that will taste just as yummy as any takeaway and will give your body wraps a more powerful punch so you’re losing weight twice as fast!

Breakfast Smoothies

I’m talking about the ones that you blend yourself not the store-bought ones that are loaded with sugar and excess calories.  When you use healthy food ingredients like milk, spinach, fruit and yoghurt you have the perfect morning or lunchtime snack.  Plus smoothies can be extremely filling so they are a perfect way to stop yourself from snacking on chips or chocolate throughout the day.

Smoothies offer incredible versatility: You can use whatever fruits and vegetables are in season. Lunch Time Meals

Let’s move on to lunch time now.  These yummy suggestions are extremely healthy and won’t ruin all of that good work you’ve been doing with your wraps.  They look just as good as any take away  meal and are quick and easy to prepare.  This mouth-watering Balsamic Steak Salad looks filling so you won’t be hungry and it’s packed with zinc, iron and protein.  Get the recipe for this awesome Balsamic Steak Salad and try it yourself!

This Peri Peri Chicken Wrap is another healthy lunch option that is low in fat but high in taste!  The chicken is seasoned with all those lovely peri peri spices – chilli features highly, with its mildly metabolism-boosting effect. There’s also oregano and garlic, both of which have their own healthy benefits.Whether the chicken is rubbed in dry spices, or marinated, it’s all good for you. Dinner Time

After a big day blitzing and promoting my It Works business I’m ready for a hearty meal.  To ensure that all of that good wrapping and exercise doesn’t go to waste you will want to stick to your healthy food meal plan for dinner too.  But healthy doesn’t have to mean tasteless!  These BBQ Rubbed Pork Chops from the 20 Minute Heart Healthy Meals range at My Recipes are the perfect solution for time strapped mum running a busy It Works biz cutting back on a heap of meal prep which is the last thing you feel like doing when you’re tired!  This yummy recipe will fill their tummies plus give them a stack of iron, potassium, protein  and other essential nutrients, with the advantage of being low in saturated fat, sodium and as lean as chicken! And finally no healthy hearty meal plan can be without a sumptuous, tasty, spicy and aromatic curry dish.  A fantastic way to fill an empty stomach this recipe is packed with enough healthy food to satisfy any palette.
